Cambridge Online part of a 'Winning Formula' at Suffolk LifeNovember 2004 Ipswich based Financial Services company, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited, has won the prestigious Pensions Management magazine Award for Best SIPP Administration and Service for the third year running. Launched in 1998 to drive up the levels of service from Pension Providers, the Awards are based on votes received from the industry’s Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). A customised Microsoft® Business Solutions Navision®† implementation from Cambridge Online facilitated significant improvements in service provision and contributed to the winning of the Award by Suffolk Life. The system was implemented in late 2001 after a detailed evaluation of competitive solutions and a period of diagnostic analysis that mapped Suffolk Life’s unique requirements against the capabilities of Navision†. The system delivers an integrated solution handling all the group accounting and payroll requirements, and Cambridge Online also undertook a considerable amount of bespoke development to tailor the system to handle pension scheme administration requirements. Suffolk Life’s Finance Director, Renata Sosna, is delighted with the collaboration with Cambridge Online: "They brought the project in within budget, on time, and fully functioning. At the time we had no dedicated IT team here at Suffolk Life, so relied very heavily on them, and they came up trumps in making the process as smooth as possible. They are immensely skilled and helpful.
